Leadership Programs

Beta Theta Pi prides itself on the high-quality national leadership programs offered through the general fraternity. Generous support and donations from both alumni and Friends of Beta make it possible to offer four annual programs. They are the Chapter Presidents Leadership Academy (CPLA), Keystone (executive team training), the Wooden Institute, and the Leadership College during our General Convention. While each programs differs in its approach, all share a focus on our fraternity's core values and goal of developing Men of Principle. Through these programs, members are able to refine their abilities as a leader and experience personal growth. This is accomplished through a combination of though-provoking speakers, meaningful disscusion, and bonding with Betas from across North America. By joining our chapter at the University of South Dakota, you too will have the opportunity to attend these incredible programs!
